Global Soil Systems have played an instrumental role in the revegetation of Glencore’s Bulga rehabilitation and biodiversity offset areas for over 15 years.
Over 150,000 tubestock has been supplied and planted across 150 hectares of Bulga Open Cut biodiversity offset areas since 2018.
Associated works included slashing, installation of rip lines, weed control via herbicide application, ongoing watering, and maintenance.
Working across both the underground and open cut operations, we provide ongoing reporting and technical advice on revegetation, soils, erosion and stability, and have assisted in establishing millions of trees over thousands of hectares through both direct seeding and tree planting.
